Brini Maxwell's Guide to Gracious Living
Style Network's, "Domestic Diva," Brini Maxwell has become a
BIG success, demonstrating "unparalleled personal flair
and novelty know-how." The second season of "The Brini Maxwell
Show" is currently on the air! What make it even better, is
Brini, an icon of retro classic style, has written a fun and
fabulous book: "Brini Maxwell's Guide to Gracious Living,"
which welcomes readers into the colorful, upbeat world that has
brought her a cult following.
You'll be treated to Brini's favorite tips, tricks, and ideas for
decorating, cooking, dressing, entertaining, and even
housekeeping. Her book includes more than 100 household
hints and recipes, full-color illustrations, and
photographs of Brini in action.
About Brini:
Brini Maxwell is, im my opinion, the "Ultimate Cross Dresser."
Brini (Ben Sander) is the funky goddess of stylish domesticity.
"The Brini Maxwell Show" was created by this 5-foot-10 blonde
bombshell, who dispenses household hints with a campy flair.
I'll admit, when I first saw Brini's program, I really had to
do a second, well, 3rd and 4th take, before I realized: "Brini
is a guy!"
I did some research and learned that in 1998 "The Brini Maxwell
Show" was first shot in her 12-by-24-foot studio apartment in New York
City, and was a hit on local cable TV. The program was so popular,
it was chosen for Style's line-up in 2003.
