Kicked Up Canned Chili

When you are too tired (or lazy) to really cook, Here is
a simple way to "kick up" a can of store-bought chili.
I favor "no bean" chili, but you can choose your preference
off the grocey shelf.
Empty can into microwave-safe bowl, add:
3 large cloves of garlic (smashed and diced)
1/3 cup of onion (chopped)
2 green Serano peppers (diced)
1/2 teaspoon salt
SEVERAL liberal dashes of red hot sauce
Stir
Microwave for 3 minutes
Stir
Microwave for 3 more minutes
Its hot and spicy, but its really an enjoyable treat!
As far as seasoning goes, feel free to adjust to your
own taste.
