Beef or Steak Marinade

Recipe

I have used this personal marinade for beef and steak for years. It works well for all cuts of red meat.

In a bowl, mix all of this together:
1/2 cup of red wine
(Only use wine that you would drink)
1/3 cup of olive oil
8-10 cloves of fresh garlic (smashed and minced)
Ju1ce of 1 lime
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
1 Teaspoon of onion powder

For best results, I prefer to place both the meat and marinade in a sealed plastic freezer bag. Let this sit in your refridgerator overnight. Make sure the meat is completely covered.
