Red Potato Salad Recipe
A Summer Treat at Cookouts or BBQ's
Most people just love a cookout or outdoor BBQ during summer months, right?
Well, what's a cookout without homemade potato salad...BUT not
just ANY potato salad, here's a recipe for a tasty "Red Potato
Salad."
Ingredients:
5 pounds of unpeeled potatos
1 cup mayonaise
2 cups of your favorite ranch salad dressing
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup purple onion, finely chopped
1 cup green bell pepper, diced (optional)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup celery, diced
1 tablespoon of fresh dill, finely chopped
Cut the potatos into appoximately 1 inche cubes, place
in boiling/salted water for about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain
and cool. Combine other ingredients together (thoroughly) in a
large mixing bowl, add potatos, stir well, and chill.
