The Homeland Security Advisory System has developed a color status system to
disseminate information regarding the risk of terrorist acts
to federal, state, and local authorities, as well as the
American people.
GREEN = LOW Low risk of terrorist attacks.
BLUE = GUARDED General risk of terrorist attacks.
YELLOW = ELEVATED Significant risk of terrorist attacks.
ORANGE = HIGH High Significant risk of terrorist attacks.
RED = SEVERE Severe risk of terrorist attacks.
