Everybody that I know of, these days, wants to shed either a few pounds...Or MANY pounds. That is all well and good, health-wise. There are many good diets out there, as well as some "fad" diets.

Consult your physician, and find a diet that is right for you, and one you can stick with. A diet, to a degree, actually becomes a "lifestyle."

And don't forget the importance of exercise!
