I'll admit, it was a dramatic sight, as Discovery lifted off from Pad 39B, and all appeared well, as NASA "Returned to Flight," following the fatal 2003 Columbia Mission.

However, all was not as planned. Guess what? Well, you know the story...That pesky foam hit the shuttle - AGAIN - upon launch. NASA, however, has deemed things to be OK. OK?
