Sushi and Nyataimori

I've always enjoyed eating sushi, as a matter of fact, I'm learning how to make sushi and compiling a list of my favorite suhsi recipes.

I've come across something interesting, however, and I didn't realize the poularity of what's called, "Nyataimori," until I saw the promos for this week's TV show, "CSI, New York." Apparently, they investigate a, well, naked sushi party at a restaurant.

I've done some research, and Nyataimori is the much-fabled naked sushi, of Japanese origin.

Its well accepted in Japan, and Tokyo is quite famous for this type of dinner theater and art practice.

Seattle, Washington is reported to have a sushi bar with a Nyataimori theme. Other restaurants are said to be in San Francisco, New York, London, Berlin, and Paris. I'm not sure if this is somthing you'd see on, "Iron Chef," but I'll keep my chopsticks crossed, just in case!
