Simple Cornbread Muffins

I got into a serious cornbread discussion with a friend of mine, who insisted that you must add sugar to the recipe. For good ol' Southern-style cornbread muffins, I have a very basic recipe with a few simple ingredients (no sugar, LOL). You can use a muffin tin, or just bake the cornbread in your favorite cast iron skillet. Read MY recipe HERE!
