Hatch: Nothing to Investigate

Apparently in April 2004, Senator Orrin Hatch's office was contacted by a constituent and his asscoiate requesting a governmental inquiry.

The two reportedly had met with Dan Burisch, an Area 51 microbiologist, who indicted his wishes for a congressional hearing about black op projects he'd been involved in. Some of those ops included the creation of designer viruses, in which he says he'd inserted an identifying signature sequence, to indicate the laboratory of origin, as well as his work with an extraterrestrial entity at the secret complex.

Within a few days, Hatch's office is said to have responded that there would never be any congressional hearings on the matter, then later with the following statement: "The Federal Government does not have any information about extraterrestrial life to conceal, and there are no secret projects for me to investigate."
