Old Intelligence Raised Threat Level
The New York Times is reporting, this morning, that much of the info leading authorities to raise the terror threat level at several large financial institutions was 3 or 4 years old.
The Times report indicates both intelligence and law enforcement officials have not yet found concrete evidence that a terrorist plot, or even preparatory surveillance operations were
still under way.
Other news sources have followed suit in reporting this headline.
