Global Warming Means Doom for Polar Bears

Its doesn't look promising for the Artic's polar bear popuation, but it also doesn't look good - overall - for the world.

Arctic Climate Impact Assessment, by 250 scientists, says global warming is heating the Arctic almost twice as fast as the rest of the planet. The survey goes on to say that this could wipe out polar bears by 2100.

The 8-nation report mainly blames the melt on gases from fossil fuels burned in cars, factories, and power plants.

Don't expect "The Day After Tomorrow" to happen as fast at it did on the big screen, but you CAN expect it to happen.
